The kitchen at Bergen School of Architecture
At 13:00, the BAS Trajectory course, ‘On Composition’, invites you to the event ‘Be my Guest’ at BAS Kitchen. Under the guidance of chef Lotta Olsson (from restaurant Lola), the students approach composition through cooking by working on one specific meal throughout the week. On both Tuesday and Thursday of this week, 14 guests are invited to taste the evolving dish and to engage in discussion with the students about process, change, and composition.
